Ephphatha!
Our God is a God of restoration
Whom shall I fear?
He goes before me and makes my path clear. I follow His light with my head lifted and my eyes on Him.
He opens my mouth and gives me words that are precise and truthful. I am bold and confident though my insides tremble and I shake.
He restores me. This bruised reed He does not break.
He replaces my ashes with a crown of beauty and clothes me with a garmet of praise.
My cup overflows. My God, my Redeemer, My Savior, My Father.
Mark 7:34-35. He looked up to heaven and with a deep sigh said to him, “Ephphatha!” (which means “Be opened!”). At this, the man’s ears were opened, his tongue was loosened and he began to speak plainly.
