  1. The first time I ever heard that song – His Eye Is On the Sparrow! – impressed me, too. I was thinking about it again just this week. πŸ™‚ I never heard the children’s song or anything with that kind of message as a child, but I love it! Every child should be encouraged in this way. Adults, too. πŸ™‚ Love your photo and your painting, too, Michelle. Thank you for this hope gem today! And how God is opening the way for you to share your story is inspiring.

  2. That is great, all of it. I am amazed at how brave you were to be part of a radio interview and your ability to speak out loud to people. You are very brave.

  3. Just Breathe. Thanks for sharing! I am going to try slow down and reconnect this week. Hurry, hurry, chop, chop, ding, cry, dong, beep, cry, beep has been my last week and a half. Time to make Time!

  4. So, I just realized that when I went to my women’s conference this weekend that the words of the song “I am a promise” must have stuck in my head, because God spoke to me that I am a promise and that He is a promise keeper. I even went and looked up the song on youtube. I don’t think that I had ever heard it, but I like it and it is very fitting for where I am right now in life.

    1. Karmen, I went to a women’s conference this weekend too. Susie Larson was speaking at one of the sessions, she was speaking about her book, Your Beautiful Purpose. She gave the verse Ephesians 2:10 and said “live out the promise”. I remembered it when I saw your comment. That song sticks for sure, and what truth even and especially now. πŸ™‚ Thank you so much and I am so glad you listened to it! You are a promise <3 and I love that he is a promise keeper!
